my children, my connection

my last thought is of my children

my lily, my io
my garden of giggles and quick responses and funny riddles
pancake griddles
waffles, too

art on the sidewalk, upside down, laughter all around
watering plants, feeding fish, homework and unicycles
unicorns and anime
never any time of day
i don't want to play
with them

i love you, girls...i love you, lance
time for sleep

good morning, full circle
god bless the children of uganda...

god bless the children all the world round.
watch over them all, god....i beg of you
